SP students participate in 22-week or Year-Long internships at startups, SMEs, MNCs, and government agencies. Facilities management students have interned at companies such as Capitaland, Marina Bay Sands (MBS), Sentosa Development Corporation, Guocoland Property Maintenance Services and Conrad Hotels. Interns often make notable contributions and sometimes outperform university students.

Due to their remarkable achievements, many were offered full-time positions upon graduation.
