“Joining Batey was an incredibly rewarding experience for all of us. We faced numerous hurdles along the way, especially since we had limited experience in neurotech, yet we successfully produced two working iterations for the Batey Challenge in just a month—both nearing proper production standards. I also want to extend my gratitude to our team members, Mohammed Khambhati (School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering alumnus), Raymond Ng (Diploma in Applied AI & Analytics alumnus), and Nyan Lin Htun (Diploma in Information Technology DIT Year 2). Special thanks also to the Chief Medical Officer of SCDF, our mentor, whose guidance made this achievement possible. We’re also deeply thankful to the SP FabLab for their support, and to all the Batey organizers, who made the hackathon so enjoyable and engaging. Their efforts ensured every team received the recognition they deserved!”
