Diploma in Perfumery & Cosmetic Science students went on a sensory-rich learning journey at Edible Garden City, where they explored the beauty of nature’s raw ingredients. This March holiday experience took the concept of smelling extracted oils in the classroom into a real-world setting, allowing students to engage directly with fresh herbs and botanicals grown on the farm. Through guided walks, they discovered how various plants contribute to fragrances, deepening their understanding of natural ingredients in product development. The journey also included a tea-tasting session, where students experienced first-hand how different herbs influence aroma, taste, and therapeutic benefits.
