This course provides a basic knowledge of the concepts of the human factors and how to mitigate human errors in aircraft maintenance.

Course Objective

​Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to understand and apply human factors in aviation maintenance to reduce human error. Participants will be able to identify the reasons leading to an accident or incident caused by human error. They will design tools, products, facilities and working environment that can mitigate human error. They will also have the ability to evaluate situations and access the risk of human error​.

By the end of the Course, participants will be able to:

  2. Apply human factor concepts to minimise the impact of human errors.
