Course Objective

To provide participants with knowledge of steady-state heat transfer processes (conduction, convection and radiation), heat exchangers, steam and gas power cycles. Participants will be able to perform the necessary calculations on such thermal systems, letting them analyse such processes at system level. Participants will be able to better operate boiler and high-pressure power generation systems competently.
