All Full-Time matriculated Diploma students from a government or government-aided tertiary institution are eligible to apply for a Diploma Student Concession Card to travel on buses, MRT and LRT.

Application Procedure
Step 1: - Complete enrolment and ensure that recent passport-standard photo is submitted. Check your enrolment status here
- SP will provide your details to TransitLink. Please note processing time is 2 to 3 weeks upon successful enrolment
- SP will contact you through your iChat with application instructions. Please ensure to check all folders including Spam and Junk
Step 2: - TransitLink will process your application and deliver the card to SP after your payment is made

- Activate your card by visiting any SimplyGo Ticket Office with your original NRIC/Foreign Student Pass (FIN) and make a minimum top-up of $2.00
Important - Current students who miss the Bulk Application Exercise (Apr to mid- May) may apply via one of the options below:
- Online: Cards will be mailed to the address you provided during the application. A postage fee of $2 will be applicable
- In person at any SimplyGo Ticketing Service Centres located island-wide: the concession card will be issued on the spot
- If you are not able to proceed with your application, please send us an enquiry and provide the following so we may liaise with TransitLink on your application:
- Full name
- Student Number (pXXXXXXX)

Diploma Students - Request Procedure
Please send your extension request via Enquiry Form and provide:
Your extension request will take 2-3 weeks (subjected to TransitLink processing time) and you will be notified via iChat on the next course of action. IMPORTANT For students who: - Did a course transfer and are aware that they will graduate later
- Failed a module in their final semester and required to repeat an extra semester
Please notify us as soon as these outcomes are made available officially (in March / September) to you so that SP may submit your extension request early. Please do not send your request in before official results release as your extended duration of studies would not be reflected. |
Lost or damaged your SP student card? Fret not, follow the steps below to request for a replacement card. You can either use the AXS e-Station, AXS m-Station app or the AXS kiosk.
Requesting for Replacement via AXS e-Station |

Step 1:
Access AXS e-Station. Step 2: Navigate as follows. - Select 'Pay My Bills Now'
- Select 'e-Services'
- Select 'Singapore Polytechnic'
- Select 'Request/Application'
- Select 'Request for Replacement Student Card'
Step 3: Enter personal details. - Key in your 7-digit student number (eg. 21xxxxx) with the 'p'
- Click 'Continue'
Step 4: - Select your payment method via the dropdown menu
- Important for AXS e-Station Users - Please temporarily disable your pop-up blocker to allow payment pop-up to show

Collection of Replacement Student Card |

An email notification will be sent to your iChat when your replacement student card is ready for collection at One Stop Centre (OSC), T16 level 2.
Processing time is 2 working days after the day of payment (e.g. Paid via AXS on Monday, card will be ready from Thursday onward, you should receive an email notification on the collection). |

How soon will the new fees structure take effect? Documents submitted BEFORE commencement of current semester
- New fees structure will take effect in the current semester
Documents submitted AFTER current semester commences - New fees structure will take effect in the next semester, current semester fees will be still billed as your current citizenship (eg. SPR or IS)

Certify True Copy for SP-issued documents
Students who require assistance to certify their SP-issued academic transcripts and/or certificates may approach OSC for the request. You will be required to bring along the following: - Original Academic document
- Photocopies of the document for certifying true copy
If you require photocopying services, you may first proceed to the Ultra Supplies Photocopy Services located at Blk T15, SPectrum, level 1, before visiting our centre. Their operating hours as follows: Mondays to Thursdays | 8.30am to 6.00pm | Fridays | 8.30am to 5.00pm | Weekends & Public Holidays | Closed |

Endorsement of External Bursaries or Application Form(s) |

Students who require SP to endorse on external scholarship or bursary forms may approach OSC.
You will be required to ensure the following: - Application form has to be duly completed by applicant first
- Application form must come in full (e.g. a 10-pages form must have all 10 pages brought along, not just the page to be endorsed)
OSC will NOT endorse any application forms that are blank or incomplete. |
