RegisterHeld with SkillsFuture Festival 2024, HRLF 2024 explored how HR drives transformation by aligning people, skills, and strategy. Highlights include the launch of HRLJ BCOG–People (with NVPC and TAFEP), new SSG-funded workshops, and an IHRP-certified FWA course to strengthen workforce sustainability.
HRLF 2023 launched Singapore’s first HR Learning Journey with IHRP to address key HR challenges. The event featured MoU signings, HR Clinics, and insights from speakers including Prudential, SNEF, and PACE@SP. It concluded with a call to action for future-ready HR collaboration.
The 4th HR Symposium 2023 focused on sustainable HR practices and featured the signing of an MoU between IHRP, all polytechnics, and ITE to co-develop HR micro-credentials. Keynotes explored inclusivity, workplace culture, and HR’s role in sustainable business growth.
