Felix Lee: The PFP Graduate Turning Humble Beginnings into Global Success

Initially, I was hesitant to join the Polytechnic Foundation Programme (PFP) because it was new, and I lacked an O-level certificate. However, after graduating in 2018 as part of the second batch of PFP Engineering students, I now feel confident without traditional qualifications. The job market has begun to value skills over certifications, and PFP was instrumental in helping me develop those skills. The programme fosters curiosity and encourages exploration; even friends who struggled in PFP went on to excel during the rest of their polytechnic journey, with one graduating with a perfect GPA before enrolling at NUS. PFP places you among top students, allowing you to build a network of driven peers. This environment helped me grow both academically and personally. PFP has been an invaluable experience.
