Food Science & Technology students tackle the challenge of reducing food waste

To tackle the challenge of reducing food waste, our students from the Diploma in Food Science & Technology (DFST) course created CRACKLES, a soy cracker made from valorised okara (a by-product of soymilk production) provided by The Soy Company. Not only is it a more sustainable alternative to junk food, it's healthier too!
