The Diploma in Facilities Management students recently went on a learning journey to understand the crucial role of facilities management in managing critical assets. The visit aimed to help DFM students from different years gain a better understanding of the importance of facilities management in ensuring the proper functioning of any organization.
On July 12th, four classes of Year 1 DFM students and four staff members visited the Singapore Sports Hub to learn about the Facilities Management role in managing and maintaining the world's largest public-private partnership project for sports.Mr Lam Shiu Tong, Managing Director brief on visual & sound and role of FM during mega events at the maximum capacity of 55,000 people National Stadium.

On the same day, the DFM Year 2 students and staff went on a sustainability learning journey at the Takeda Singapore Manufacturing Plant. Finally, on August 2nd and 3rd, seven staff members accompanied two classes of Year 3 DFM students to visit Google Singapore.
