We're proud to announce that our very own Diploma in Interior Design (DID) lecturer, Mr Fann Zhi Jie, is one of the 8 outstanding educators across the nation to receive the President's Award for Teachers (PAT) 2023. 

This amazing feat is achieved by Mr Fann's constant innovative approaches in his lessons and being a dedicated lifelong learner and mentor to his peers, alumni and students. Over the years he has impacted the lives of many students through projects such as the 1:1 Scale Project where students stretch their capacities in not just designing but also in real-world skills like research, design, project management, etc - all key skills required in the real-world! 

Not only that, he also actively places his students on consultancy projects to provide them with real-world opportunities to apply their skills! One such example is our students helping a hostel pivot to a cafe business during the pandemic.
